Benefits
PAID TIME OFF
After completion of 90 consecutive days of employment, eligible employees will be awarded up to 40 hours of PTO. On each subsequent anniversary of an employee's hire date, an additional amount of PTO will be awarded as described in the chart below. Eligible part-time employees will earn PTO on a pro-rata basis based on a 40 hour workweek.

HOLIDAYS
The company observes the following paid holidays during the year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
401(k) AND RETIREMENT PLAN
The company has a 401(k) plan that permits employees to defer a portion of pre-tax salary up to the limit allowable set by the IRS into a retirement savings account. All employees--except for temporary employees and those under age 21--may participate in this plan. After six months of service you are eligible to participate. The enrollment dates are January 1st and July 1st. The company will match up to 50% of contributions of 6% that will be deposited in April of the following year.
LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE
Life and AD& D insurance is company paid. You will be covered for $20,000 on each.
LONG TERM DISABILITY
After being disabled for 90 days you will receive 60% of your monthly salary subject to a maximum of $6,000 per month.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (Pre-Tax Accounts)
Health Care Spending - this allows you to set aside a portion of your salary on a pre-tax basis to pay for medical, vision or dental expenses not covered under our plan. You can elect up to $5,000 per year.
Dependant Care Spending - this is for daycare expenses, daycare camps or dependent care while you are at work. The max is $5,000 annually ($2,500 if married filling separately).
MEDICAL/VISION/DENTAL INSURANCE
The company pays 100% for employee's medical, chiropractic, dental and vision. Dependents can be added to your medical, dental and vision at a cost to the employee (premiums will be pretax dollars). The company currently pays 40% of dependents coverage.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
All employees are encouraged to improve their skills and to continue their professional development. For employees who have at least one year of service, the company will consider reimbursing a portion of educational expenses that are directly related to the job duties. Any reimbursement must be approved in writing, in advance of incurring the expense or obtaining the education.
PHYSICAL FITNESS REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
Employees and teamwork are a core value of the company. Physical fitness is an important part of an employee's overall well being. It directly impacts attendance and productivity. Reliable service to our customers is affected by employee health. In concert with these factors, the company supports employee efforts to maintain their health and physical fitness.
Toward supporting the above objectives, the company will reimburse an employee for up to 50% of the cost of their participation in a qualified physical fitness program, up to $16.50 per month per employee.
CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION
The company's charitable contribution program is open to all employees employed with the company for one year or longer and is intended to recognize and support the important work of nonprofit organizations. Our program is designed to encourage volunteer work and/or match employees' charitable contributions up to $250.00 per calendar year to qualified organizations. Employees who are interested in volunteer work will receive up to 16 hours paid leave per calendar year.
